A national brand runs on departments — curriculum, training, quality, enrollment, operations. An independent school runs on whoever happens to be in the building. When a director leaves, the system leaves with them.
02 · The answer
Innovation Advantage gives them shared infrastructure.
Membership gives your school the departments a national brand runs on — while the school stays yours. Keep the name on the building. Get the head office behind it.

Who we are
Built from experience on every side of the business.
After operating independently, starting a franchise system, working as a franchisee, building a multi-site organization and seeing how larger operators divide the work across specialized departments, we built Innovation Advantage around one question: What if independent schools could access that infrastructure without giving up their independence?

03 · The system
Teach · Develop · See · Differentiate · Operate.
Five departments, working as one system. Membership gives independent schools the infrastructure a national brand runs on — while the school stays yours.
Teach
01
Give every classroom a common way to teach.
Teachers access our platform for the school-wide curriculum — ready-to-deliver lessons built on The CAPE Method™, with hands-on projects and assessments connected to the learning. You don't hand teachers a binder. You give them a way to teach.
Develop
02
Turn the curriculum into teacher development.
New-teacher onboarding and professional learning tied to the lessons being taught, where directors and teachers work through real classroom problems. Teachers develop while they teach, not once a year.
See
03
See classrooms, see implementation, see child progress, see where support is needed.
Classroom observations, lesson implementation tracking, child portfolios and assessments. Leaders see where support is needed in week three, not month six.
Differentiate
04
Give families a reason to choose you.
An Innovation Advantage School™ badge, tour talking points, parent handouts and project displays. Your director isn't inventing the enrollment story on every tour.
Operate
05
Access the systems and implementation tools to run your center.
The department most independent schools don't have — and the one whose absence costs the most when a director leaves.
04 · The method
The CAPE Method™
A curriculum only works if teachers can actually use it. Every CAPE lesson follows the same four-step structure, giving teachers a repeatable way to move children from curiosity to thinking, creating and reflection.
C
Challenge
Give children a real problem worth solving.
A
Analyze
Look closely. Sort, test, compare, notice.
P
Produce
Build something. Make the thinking visible.
E
Evaluate
Did it work? What would you change?
Four steps, every lesson. A first-year teacher can deliver it on day one; a twenty-year veteran goes deeper inside the same structure. Children analyze by sorting and testing, not by filling in a worksheet. They produce by building. The method names what four-year-olds already do, so a teacher can plan for it and a leader can coach it.
Every lesson, coaching tool and update runs in our own classrooms at The Winter Park School before it reaches a member school.
05 · The proof
Tested at The Winter Park School.
The system isn't a theory. It runs every day in our own lab school — the same lessons, the same observation tools, the same platform a member school receives.
Delivered daily
CAPE lessons are taught in real classrooms every morning, by teachers with the same constraints yours have.
Observed and measured
Implementation is tracked with the same observation and tracking tools member leaders use.
Revised before it ships
Anything that doesn't work in a real room is fixed before it ever reaches your platform.
06 · The identity
One mark on the door. Two audiences.
Member schools display An Innovation Advantage School™ at the entrance, on the website and in the email signature. It is the shortest way to say what a school teaches and how.
Challenge · Analyze · Produce · Evaluate
The four letters are the lesson structure running in every classroom behind the door. Parents see them on the wall displays; teachers plan from them; leaders coach against them. The mark is the same object pointing three different ways.
Artwork illustrative — final badge files are issued to member schools.
What it tells a parent
This school teaches a named method, not a theme calendar.
There is a structure behind the projects on the wall, and someone can explain it.
Their child's work is documented over time, not sent home as a folder of crafts.
The school has committed to a shared instructional method, implementation standards and ongoing professional development.
What it gives the provider
A tour answer that doesn't depend on who is giving the tour.
A recognizable philosophy, with parent handouts and talking points behind it.
A difference a family can repeat to a spouse, which price and location can't match.
Your own name stays on the sign. The badge sits beside it, not over it.
What the badge is not. It is not an accreditation or a rating. It means a school is a member of the network, licensed to teach The CAPE Method™ and running on the platform.
07 · The offer
Founding School Membership.
A limited number of founding schools, before general enrollment opens — built for the people who run the system.
Single-site owners
Compete with the national brands without becoming one.
Multi-site operators
One standard in every location. One language across every director.
Networks and agencies
One early learning model across many providers, with implementation support.
What it costs
Flat dues. Per site. Banded by licensed capacity.
No royalty on revenue. No territory restrictions. No rebrand. No transfer fees when you sell. A sixty-child school doesn't pay what a two-hundred-child school pays, and multi-site operators get volume pricing. The owners' coaching group is an optional add-on, priced separately.
Below 80 licensed capacity, the economics usually don't work yet. Tell us your capacity and we'll be straight with you.
The founding cohort
A limited number of founding schools, before general enrollment opens.
What you get: your rate locked for three years, direct access to the team building the platform, and a say in what gets built next.
What we ask: let us document what happens in your school and publish it.
08 · The add-ons
The Add Ons. Priced separately.
Membership covers the five departments. Beyond it, two optional add-ons extend what membership does — a premium advisory experience for owners, and a second language in every classroom. Both are priced separately from dues.
Add-on · Premium
Premium Owner Advisory Experience
A premium advisory experience for owners — a group circle guided by the team behind Innovation Advantage, where owners work through the decisions that shape their schools alongside peers facing the same ones. Limited seats. Priced separately from dues.
Group coaching calls with practitioners
Leader and teacher cohorts
Observation Days in working classrooms
In the circle, owners take the problems they don't take to their own staff: pricing, staffing, enrollment. Ask about advisory
Dr. Mia Young Leads the advisory experience
Add-on · Curriculums
Foreign Language Immersion Curriculum
Bring a second language into every classroom with MimiHua — songs, stories and daily repetition built for early childhood. Teacher-led, no ads, available in English, Spanish and Italian. Priced separately from dues.
Email us your school, your licensed capacity and what you're trying to fix — we'll take it from there.
Three steps to start.
